The Legal Software Suppliers Association (LSSA) has published a white paper for law firms that outlines how to ensure the smooth implementation of legal software.
The white paper aims to set out the essential items for legal software professionals to consider when implementing new software.

- What should be included within the project review
- Who should be included in the project review
